About:
I graduated from Aquinas College in 2018 with a secondary science degree in biology and chemistry, and completed my student teaching at West Catholic High School. I have always had a passion for science and love the hands on aspect of the subject. One of my favorite classes in college was human anatomy and I enjoy learning about various specialties of medicine. During my time in college I had the opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic and assist with multiple medical clinics in local villages.
One of my favorite aspects of teaching is getting to know my students and build a relationship with each one of them. Along with teaching biology at WMAA, I will also be helping out with coaching our cross country team. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in the outdoors hiking, and being active. I also enjoy crafting and restoring old furniture. |
